India in a superb position thanks to an unbroken stand of 173 between Gambhir and Dravid. Gambhir has made another century and Dravid was finally found some form, although it’s been a fight for him. England have largely bowled well, but for just one wicket. Gautam Gambhir cracked his third century in four matches and Rahul Dravid marked his return to form as India recovered from a shaky start to put themselves on course for a huge first innings total in the second Test against England on Friday.

Australia will face a tough target to level the series against India after a crucial 108-run stand between Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Harbhajan Singh in the fourth and final Test on Sunday.
The visitors were 13 without loss at stumps on the final day chasing 382 to win. Simon Katich (eight) and Matthew Hayden (five) were at the crease.

A Stunning 40th test century by Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar enabled india to take easy control of the final test againest Australia on 4th Test.
Tendulkar, the highest run scorer in Test cricket, compiled 109 and put on 146 for the fourth wicket with VVS Laxman (64), playing in his 100th Test, to help India close day one at 311 for five.

Gambhir’s absence means that India will have a new opening partner for Virender Sehwag for the crucial match with 24-year-old Tamil Nadu opener M Vijay set to make his Test debut. This will be the big match and crusial match for India.
Gambhir has been the nightmare for the Australian bowlers in the series so far having scored 463 runs, inclusive of a double hundred and a century, for an average in excess of 77.
Australia captain have to think about the new strategy to break the openning partnership and to take the control of the match. Espesially Australian team will have more stress on this Match.

Day 4 is not a good day for Indian team. Michel Clarke has taken the resposibility and scored his eighth century. with Austalian batsmen contribution they have scored 577 runs in the 4th day.
In India second innings we lost 2wickets for the score 43. in total indian team ahead of 79 runs. If indian team didn’t play well in the 5th Inndins we can see the result of the 3rd test.
On day 4 Indian feilding is very poor. They have left 3 stright forward catches.

Part time bowler Virender Sehwag picked 3 key wickets in the 3rd test 1st innings. He stopped them to do the centuries. End of third day Australia scored 338/4 and still they are tail by 275 runs.
The tourists, who trail the four-Test series 1-0 after a 320-run thrashing in Mohali, must avoid defeat here if they are to retain the Border-Gavaskar trophy, with one Test to go after this.
